It is Trustee and Administrator to a number of Isle of Man based pensions which are accessible to both Isle of Man residents and internationally mobile individuals that wish to utilise the flexibility of a QROPS arrangement within the regulation of the Isle of Man.

The 50C Scheme has been approved by the Isle of Man Assessor, however due to amendments in the UK legislation it informed HMRC that it would no longer be a QROPS with effect from 5 April 2012.
